Semi-detached cottage. C18. Ham stone ashlar facade, coursed rubble to sides and rear; Welsh slate roof between stepped
coped gables; one brick and one stone chimney stack. Two storeys, 3 bays. To outer bays, rectangular-leaded casement
windows of early pattern, 3-light above and 4-light below, having iron-framed opening lights with curved stays; C20
leaded steel single-light window upper bay 2, and below a boarded door with glazed panel in recess in plain opening.
Attached to north gable a single-storey building with double Roman clay tile roof, now plain with several blocked
openings. Interior not seen. About 3m east, on low stone wall, wrot iron railings with necked points, with returns to
sides, with timber gate opposite door; contributing to the setting of the house and the streetscene generally.
