TQ 2580 NE CITY OF WESTMINSTER PRINCES SQUARE, W2 (east side) 63/4 Nos 44 to 46 (consec) including 35 to 37 13.1.65 (consec) Leinster Square GV II Terraced houses. 1850s. Stucco. Roof not visible. 4 storeys, attic and basement. Each house 2 windows wide. Channelling to ground floor. Projecting Doric porches. Each house with convex facade above ground floor. First floor continuous cast iron bombé balcony. Square headed windows to ground and third floors and rounded upper corners to corniced and pilastered first floor windows. Segmental headed windows to attic. Sashes, glazing bars. Architraves. Rich dentil frieze above third floor. Subsidiary cornice to attic. Cast iron area railings. Integral part of Princes Square planned scheme.
