Detached house. Mid C19. Ham stone ashlar; Welsh slate roof between stepped coped gables; stone chimney stacks. Double roof plan, with ridges at right angles to road; 2 storeys with attics, 2 bays x 3 bays. South elevation double gabled, with gabletted and leaf finials; hollow chamfer mullioned windows with 4 centre arched lights In 1+2+1 light angled bays with flat roofs battlemented parapets to ground floor, and 2 light under square libels to first floor; single light under labels to attic windows. Similar windows. all 2-light with flat heads, on west elevation; all windows have single horizontal bar: to lower centre bay a cambered arched doorway under square label with part-glazed door. Interior not seen. Extending westwards from between bays 1 and 2 a wing wall about 2.5 m high in ashlar with thin coping swept at ends, and pair square gate piers, plinthed with stepped shallow pyramidal tops, with wood gates; contributing to setting of the house.
