Detached house. Mid C18 possibly extended later. Ham stone ashlar facade, the sides cut and squared; hipped plain clay tile roof, with undulations, sawn stone ridge; stone chimney sticks. Two storeys; five bays, of which the wide outer bays are set back. Plinth, dentilled eaves course; 12-pane sash windows, those to outer bays paired and set in plain openings, those to inner bays in architraves; to lower bay three a pair of tall three-panel doors having toplights in a Gibbsian-type rusticated architrave with triple keystone and flat hood, up two steps. On north side are two-light chamfer mullioned windows, deep with flat heads, no labels - that nearest the road appears to be a later insertion. Three-bay matching south elevation.

Interior not seen.
