Detached farmhouse. C18 probably. Ham stone cut and squared, ashlar dressings; triple-angle clay tiled roof between coped gables; stone slab chimney stacks. Two storeys with attic, 3 bays. Hollow chamfer mullioned windows with unworked top mitres, 3-light above and 4-light below, with continuous string over lower windows carried through the central gabled stone porch, which has a moulded cambered outer arch, and inner doorway to match having incised spandrils: plain square attic window in west gable: outshut to rear: single-storey extension to west gable, with 2-light mullioned window with label; later sash window at ground floor level east gable. Interior not seen.
