Details
SID ROAD 1. 1633 (West Side) 12.10.51. Sidcliffe Farmhouse. - Outbuildings at Sidcliffe Farm. SY 1388 7/122 II GV 2. C18 or possibly earlier. Long axis of farmhouse and outbuildings at right angles to road behind Bird's Nest Cottages. Thatched roof. 2 storeys cob, with one good external chimney; offsets, knapped flint with Beer stone quoins. This and the walls have been partly spoilt by rough casting. Most of windows modern casements.
Nos 1 and 2 Bird's Nest Cottages and Sidcliffe Farmhouse and outbuildings form a good rural group.
