- II
Tower draining pump. 1900 by Dan England. Brick with timber cap. Tapering 3 storey brick tower. Steel door to south in reduced segmental opening. Semi circular sluice openings to south-west and north-east now blocked with concrete. One casement to south-west under segmental arch to first floor. One similar second storey window to north-east. Weatherboarded boat-shaped cap and petticoat. Fan cradle beams intact. 2 flat-topped dormers in sides of caps and 2 windows in ends, all later C20. Interior machinery of cast iron crown spur wheel driving internal turbine pump.
