Detached Farmhouse. C17, rebuilt and extended in C19. Coursed rubble-stone walls. Plain tile roof, crested. c.1900 brick stacks at left hand gable, right of centre, and right hand gable. Two storeys five windows total, earliest at south end. One four-light mullion with four-centred heads. Hollow chamfered with separate label over. Coupled three-light mullions, hollow-chamfered and straight-headed. Single label over. Four-light and five-light stone mullions to first floor. No labels. Remaining windows are C19 sashes and casements. Doors: left of centre, with two long glass lights, C19. Rectangular fanlight. Right of centre: plank with six glass lights over, slight chamfered jambs.
