BROAD STREET 1. 1357 (North-East Side) Nos 49 & 49A SY 3492 1/100 II GV 2. Building with C19 front. 2 window bays. Parapet with coping. Roof in 2 sections, right hand section higher and of slate. 2-storeys to left hand bay which has splayed 4-light bay window on 1st floor and shop front on ground floor; glazed shop door of engraved glass, modern house door to right hand. 2 storeys to right hand bay which has a 2-light 2-tier window on both 1st and 2nd floors.
Nos 45 to 65 (consec) form a group.
