2. Mid Cl9. Semi-detached villas in Tudor-Gothic style. Brick with rendering. 2 storeys and attic with basement. 2 windows. Tiled roof with parapet: 2 groups of 6 brick octagonal stacks on low brick plinths, 1 group in centre in front and 1 behind. Window bay nearest centre projecting forward through whole height of house with steeply pitched gable over. 1 attic window in gable; stringcourse above attic rising parallel to gable top. Rendered transomed and mullioned windows with architraves in lower storeys; 3 light windows on 1st floor with hoodmould over; 3 sided bay of 5 lights on ground floor with decorated parapet over. Beyond gabled bays one outer window bay of 2 storeys: Tudor-arched window above: sash. Tudor arched doorway below. Tudor style door with 9 narrow panels arranged in 3 tiers, upper tiers glazed.
Nos 3 to 8 (consec) and Nos 18 to 24 (consec) form a group.
