Late C18 or early C19 house formerly The Swan Inn with ware- houses of two building periods forming long range to rear. Outshut in angle to east. Two storeys. Painted local brown brick, pantiled roofs, end stack to east and rear stack. Brick band between floors. Three first floor hung sash windows in segmental gauged brick arches. Early C20 window of three-lights with transome to west of four-panelled door. Corner shop entrance with three-light window facing street late C19. Rear warehouses two storeys with bands between floors, random windows, some glazed or shuttered. Included for group value. NMR (C. Gregory, Wisbech photographic collection) 1982.
