House with shop front. Early C19. Rendered and colourwashed rubble stone, hipped slate roof, brick chimney at right end, brick chimney at rear. 3 storeys. 2 window front. Recessed 4-panel door on front at left under projecting cornice that continues over shop front. Half glazed shop door between 2-bay windows has 4 panes and rectangular fanlight. Canted bay shop windows have 4 panes and 2 to each return. Upper panes in bays have elliptical heads. King-post roof. Interior not inspected. Forms part of a group on the east side of Old Post Office Hill. Included for group value
