Eastern part the former Crown Inn; later extended to become 3 cottages; now one dwelling. Early C18 to east, early C19 to west: older part dated '17W + R84' and '17B + R84' on 2 bricks at first floor level. Older part timber framed and plastered, with red brick casing to road frontage; later part is red brick; plaintiled roof. 2 storeys, with attic to older part only. 5 window range, mostly 3-light casements, one dummy painted window; flat brick arches to older part, segmental arches to later part; one 6-panel door and one modern half-glazed door. One internal and one external stack. Brick lean-to extension to rear.
