House. Early C19. Brick, covered with channelled render. Plain tile roof. Double depth, incorporating coach-house to left of one room front and rear, intercommunicating, but no access to rest of house. 2 storeys on plinth. Hipped roof, hips returning to right and left. 2 rear stacks. Regular 3-window front of 12-pane glazing bar sashes, middle one slightly smaller and off-centre to left. Panelled door with 3-light rectangular fanlight slightly off-centre to left. Ribbed door towards front of left gable end. Blocked rear doorway to left bay, of small double door size with cambered head, now containing boarded door and adjacent window. Interior: only partly inspected. Brick floor and irongrate with decorative tiles to front ground floor left end room; rear room with brick floor, heavy joists, solid block stairs, plain fireplace, and pantry with ventilation slats.
