2 houses, now 2 shops and house. Late C19 or early C20 front to a probably C18 or earlier range. Eaves of Brookland Antiques altered in C20. Main range, with rear wing to left and narrow parallel rear range to right, with rendered right return wing to rear of latter. Painted brick with plain tile roof. 2 storeys with broad projecting eaves. Old photographs show cogged brick eaves cornice to Brookland Antiques. Brick end stacks. Irregular fenestration of 3 windows; canted bay window to left third of first floor (Coleman and Sons) and 2 recessed tripartite sashes to right two-thirds (Brookland Antiques). Glazed door central to left third within early C20 shop front. Three C20 bow windows to right two-thirds with glazed door between left and central bows. Interior: only partially inspected. Exposed beams to Brookland Antiques.
