1810 (datestone). Farmhouse and barn in one range. Hammer dressed stone. Pitched stone slate roof. Coped gable to south west. One ashlar and one later stack. Two storeys. House: South East elevation: Ground floor: central doorway with stone surrounds and tie-stones; one 4-light and one 2-light stone mullioned window. First floor: three 3-light stone mullioned windows. Datestone with Q decorative surrounds reads: W.R 1810 North West elevation: Ground floor: one 2-light stone mullioned window and one single light. First floor: one 2-light stone mullioned window. North east gable: small square vent in apex. Barn: South West elevation: extension - coursed rubble with pitched stone slate roof (not included in the item). North West elevation: small doorways with no surrounds (later). South East elevation: large central doorway with elliptical arched head. Small doorway (within exten- sion) with stone surrounds and tie-stones. Two later single lights to upper level.
