3/112 Corner Farmhouse, steps and front retaining 10/1/53 walls.

GV II

Farmhouse, steps and retaining walls. Mid to late C18. Ashlar; clay tile roof with coped verges; brick integral end stacks and brick ridge stack to east of centre. L-shape plan; main range aligned east-west and rear wing aligned north-south. 2 storeys and gable lit attic; 3 windows, glazing bar sashes with horns, raised and moulded architrave and raised keystones, central first floor Venetian window with Tuscan pilasters and full entablatures to each side of the central light; central 6-panelled door with bracketed hood; moulded eaves cornice. East elevation: Gable of main house to left with attic glazing bar window in raised surround; lower 3 storey rear wing to right has first and second floor glazing bar sashes with raised and moulded surrounds, and raised keystones, ground floor boarded openings; board door to left at junction with main house. Retaining walls slope down from the house to enclose 2 small front gardens flanking the central flight of steps to the front door.
