Outbuilding 10m to south 6/17 west corner of Calf Hey _ Farmhouse
GV II
Outbuilding of indeterminate use, but may have been detached Kitchen. . Early C17. Rubble brought to course, quoins, stone slate roof. East elevation has doorway with composite jambs and wooden door frame with depressed Tudor arched lintel; 2 windows each with wooden lintels. Left hand return wall is rendered and has stack with internal flue. Rear has 2 double chamfered mullioned windows of 2-lights.
Interior has 2 cells to either side of king-post truss braced to ridge. Segmental arched fire-place. An unusual and interesting building.
