Single-aisled barn initialled and dated"1718" roof raised and altered early W W C19. Thin dressed rubble dry stone walled, stone slate roof. Quoins from earliest build. Segmental arched cart entry with inner porch, set within the re-entrant angle a basket arched doorway with tie-stone jambs, the lintel bearing the date set within a tressure. Mistal doorway to lower end with _ quoined lintel and chamfered surround. Right hand return wall shows earlier roof line and has arched ventilators with sunken spandrels.

Interior of 4 bays covered by unusual soft wood roof of hybrid queen-post and fish-bone king-post trusses.
