Late C18. Hammer dressed stone. Quoins. Pitched stone slate roof. Two storeys. South elevation: No 2: Ground floor: one 6-light stone mullioned window (double lintel). First floor: two 3-light stone mullioned windows. No 3: Ground floor: entrance with stone surround and tie-stones; one 4-light stone mullioned window. First floor: two 2-light stone mullioned windows. No 4: Ground floor: entrance with stone surrounds; one 6-light stone mullioned window (recessed with King mullion). First floor: two 3-light stone mullioned windows. North eleva- tion: No 2: First floor: one 3-light stone mullioned window. East gable: Ground floor: former entrance with deep lintel (part blocked) (now part of 3-light stone mullioned window); one 2-light stone mullioned window. First floor: one 4-light stone mullioned window (2 lights blocked). Lean-to barn at 90° to cottages: North elevation: large doorway with segmental arched head and large quoins. South elevation: large doorway with segmental arched head and quoins. One small entrance.
