4/66 The Manor Steak House II House, formerly 2 cottages, now restaurant. Late C16/early C17 or earlier, with late C18 or early C19 facade. Timber framed, clad with rendered brick. Plain tile roof. Possibly lobby entry plan of 3 bays and stack bay. 1½ storeys on rendered plinth. Roof hipped to right. Rendered ridge stack to left and brick stack off-centre to right. Irregular fenestration of three 16-pane glazing bar sashes as flat topped through dormers. C20 ground floor windows in same style. Boarded door in C20 rendered porch beneath stack. Later additions to rear. C20 addition at right-angles to left not included. Interior: exposed timbers of heavy scantling. Inglenook fireplace. Only partly inspected. Formerly known as Mac Erin Guest House.
