GV II

House, now flats. Early C19, altered mid C19, converted to flats 1981. Brick with stone dressings and slate roof. Plinth, first floor band, plain woodedn eaves, coped gables, 2 gable stacks. Projecting central bay. 3 storeys; 3 window range of plain sashes, and above, 3 smaller plain sashes. below, central plain wooden doorcase with Gothic arched scraper to left, and open pediment on scroll brackets. Fielded 6-panel door with overlight, flanked by single larger plain sashes. Left gable has to left, a 2 storey lean to addition and a smaller flat roofed addition. Off-centre doorcase with brick pilasters and moulded stone hood and C20 6-panel door and overlight, flanked by a plain sash and a margin light sash, both with segmental heads. Above and to the left, a Yorkshire sash.
