1. 5118 SISTON LONDON ROAD (south side) Bridgeyate Common Elm Farmhouse and attached barn to left ST 67 SE 4/59 II GV 2. Late C18 farmhouse. Colourwashed rubble, pantile roofs, brick stacks. Two storeys, 3 windows, 2 and 3-light casements (modern, with "bow" windows on ground floor). Central door in modern imitation stone porch. Barn abuts left hand elevation, also colourwashed rubble, pantile roof, left hand verge coped with saddlestone. Projecting midstrey with double doors under wooden lintel, the gable end to east has a pigeon loft. Interior: 5 bays, trusses altered. Pennant stone threshing floor.
