Details

KINVER C.P. HIGH STREET (North-west side) SO 8483-8583 15/83 Nos. 18, 19 & 20 GV II Row of houses, possibly one originally. C17 with early C18 additions. Timber framed, partly rebuilt in brick; painted brick additions; plain tile roof with raised verge to right; brick ridge stacks. 2-framed bay range to the north-east, extended to the south-west in the C18. 2 storeys; timber framed range to the left (Nos. 19 and 20) with brick ground floor wall, and 3 square panels from first floor to eaves with straight braces. 2 windows, casements, and 2 boarded doors with rectangular overlights. Brick extension to the right with storey band and dentilled eaves band and 2-storey gabled porch to the left hand end; 1:3 windows, casements, those to porch and to ground floor have segmental heads; C19 double door to porch with rectangular overlight beneath a segmental arch, porch openings have brick dripstone bands. Large garage doors to right. Interior not inspected.
