Former end pavilion to terrace, now house, and late C19 addition, now an opticians. 1766 and c1880. Built for Dr. Bernard Wilson, vicar of Newark. Brick with hipped pantile roof with single ridge stack. Plinth, first and second floor bands, modillion eaves. Windows have brick flat arches. Three storeys; 4 x 3 windows. Four 12 pane sashes and above, four six pane sashes. Off-centre six-panel door with overlight, flanked to left by a single 12 pane sash and to right by two similar sashes. Left return has three windows on each floor, all blanks, the ground floor left one being replaced by a door. Right return has has three 12 pane sashes, the right one blank, and above, three six pane sashes. Single storey C19 addition, colourwashed brick, has hipped slate roof. Glazed corner doorway with two single pane windows to left return and one to right. The adjoining terrace was demolished c1964.
