SCHEDULE 1. 840 CHURCH STREET NT 9952 11/333 Nos 58A-I, a group of NT 95 NE cottages in long narrow yard leading to No 58J (11/60) II GV 2. Group of late C18/mid C19 town houses along north side of narrow yard leading to No 58J (11/6O). 58C is of strecher bond brick, the two adjacent dwellings are of freestone ashlar with dressed quoins and frames of openings. All have pantiled, pitched roofs with gable end stacks, and all are linked to form a continuous terrace. 58C, 2 storeys, 3 bays; 4-panelled in segmented lintel central bay. All fenestration 4-pane vertical sashes in wooden frames with segmental lintels. Raised course, floor- band between stories. Adjacent two houses each identical, 2 storey 3-bay symmetrical facades with central door in plain square wooden frame. All fenestration to middle house, original 16-pane, hornless, vertical sashes with projecting cills and monolith flat lintels. End house has original glazing to ground floor and recessed moulded original door with moulded lintel in plain stone surrounds: upper fenestration alter- ed horned 4-pane sashes. Interiors not inspected. Group value with the adjacent listed houses in Church Street and No 58J at the end of the yard.
