SP 0585 SE 45/27 25.4.80 II 2. 1855 ornate Italianate stucco villa with screen wall to service court linking coach house to right hand. Two storeys, 3 bays symmetrical the centre bay slightly advanced. Paralleled rustication to quoins. Plinth; entablature between floors with lst floor sill course giving parapet effect; moulded bed to eaves frieze containing rosette metopes between enriched consoles supporting-the brackets of the flat eaves of the slate roof with pediment gable ends; coursed chimneys. Outer lst floor windows round headed in frames with scrolled consoles supporting shallow segmental pediments. The central window similar but flat arched and the frame panelled with scroll pattern, the consoles supporting a triangular pediment. Tripartite ground floor windows with similar details and moulded cornices. Enclosed perch with round arched entrance and side lights entablature with console brackets in frieze supporting cornice. Double coach house to right linked by screen wall with round arched door to yard. Set back service wing.
