Details
1. TRULL ROAD 5365 (East Side) No 51 (Agriculture House) ST 2223 7/402 II 2. Formerly known as Broadlands. House in its own grounds facing east away from the road, Probably early C19. 2 storeys. Roughcast. Hipped slate roof, projecting eaves. 2 windows, sashes with thin glazing bars. Ground floor verandah with frilled canopy and trellised supports. Large French windows with shutters. Slightly lower extension to left with cornice. Front facing Trull Road is altered and with modern extensions to right.
