------------------------------------ In the entry for; SU 92 NW LURGASHALL DIAL GREEN 7/29 Northurst Farm II the description shall be amended to read: Farmhouse. Late C16 3 bay lobby entrance house with early C19 range to south and 1 bay C20 extension to north. South range is early C19. 2 storeys 3 windows. Front elevation is red brick with grey headers, other elevations of coursed stone rubble. Hipped tiled roof and end brick chimneystacks. 2 cambered window surrounds with C20 aluminium casements and central 2 storey projecting C20 bay. North range is late C16, timberframed but faced with stone rubble and of lower elevation than south range. Steeply pitched tiled roof with off central late C16 panelled brick chimneystack. East front is faced with stone rubble with some galleting. Left side C19 tile hung dormer with case- ment. Right side dormer with pegged architrave and C20 leaded light. Ground floor has one 3 light C19 casement in pegged architrave and right side C20 inserted casement. 2 doors to end with cambered surrounds, including one in modern extension. West front has 3 gabled dormers with C20 leaded light case- ments. Ground floor has left side 3 light cambered casement with C20 leaded lights, centre 3 light casement with leaded lights and pentice to right hand side with C20 ½ glazed door flanked by side lights and C20 window with leaded lights. North front has 1 bay addition of c1970 stone and brickwork with tiled roof and cambered casements with leaded lights. Interior has kitchen with late C16 chamfered spine beam with run out stops and large brick open fireplace with chamfered wooden bressumer. Lounge has open fireplace with cambered bressumer, seat and blocked in entrance to bread oven. 1st floor has 1 massive jowled post visible with curved brace and wide floorboards. 4 panelled door. Roof has been re-rafted but has some wattle and daub and may have traces of smoke blackening. South range has an early C19 staircase with stick balusters with column newel. 2 spine beams with beaded decoration, dado panelling and 4 panelled door. Cellar has brick paving and end alcoves.
