2. Similar to No 22 but has flanking pilasters with incised panels of Greek Key pattern, on plinth. Sash windows have later glazing bars (except for one two light casement). Similar balcony across the whole of the first floor including bay. Square headed doorway in entrance wing flanked by incised panelled pilasters, frieze and cornice over. Flight of steps to doorway but no parapet.
Nos 22 to 24 (consec) with Nelson Mansions on the corner of Nelson Place form a group.
