2. Dated 1735 including former tannery and coachhouse. 2 storey, red brick, tiles and pantiles. Range of 8 louvred opening west. Brick paved 1st floor on heavy timbers.
Nos 54, 56, wing adjoining, walls and ancillary building together with the bridge over the river waveney form a group.
