Detached cottage. Mostly C18 and C19; Ham stone roughly squared and coursed, with projecting wing partly built in brickwork of Flemish bond, front colourwashed; thatched roof with coped south gable, abutment to north; one brick and one concrete block chimney stack. 'T'-plan: Single-storey with attic, 3 bays, of which bay 2 is the projection. Horizontal-bar casement windows; bay 1 has a 2-light below and 3-light above, both under stone lintols, the upper being set in a coped gabled dormer; bay 2 has 3- lights of differing proportions under timber lintols, and bay 3 has a 2- light under long timber lintol. Against north gable a farm building, now with hipped corrugated iron sheet roof, with a wide door in heavy frame and a 3-light casement, partly blocked; dormer window in north hip. South cottage gable has blocked doorway and attic window. Interiors not seen.
