Mid C19 slightly Italianate villa with alterations. 2 storeys and basement, 4
windows, 2 on either side of blank centre bay with arched recess on 1st floor and
niche, with shell hood and pedestal, below. Stock brick. Low pitched hipped slate
roof, with eaves soffit, broken back slightly above centre bay. Stuccoed quoins
to outer bays rest on stuccoed basement and support plain frieze. 1st floor cill
band. Moulded architraves to sash windows with glazing bars, Ground floor windows
have iron glazing bars and round heads with margin lights in moulded architraves
with impost band. Long, shared cills. On right return 4-panel door in prostyle
Doric porch.
