Late C19 building in Italian Gothic style. Two narrow outer pavilions each of four storeys with three narrow windows on upper floors and a broad semicircular window framed in ornamental arch on first floor. Modern shop on ground floor of No.130 but No.125 retains the pilasters of its original shop front. Red brick with stone dressings including narrow spiral angle pilasters, cusped pointed windows arches and mosaic inlaid stars of David at third floor level. Parapet fronts, somewhat altered. Three-storey centre has parapet front rising to two altered pediment-like peaks. Below this two rows of 1, 3 and 1 pointed cusped windows with granite shafts. On first floor two immensely wide arches with moulded architraves resting on granite pilasters reaching to ground. Modern shops on ground floor. Inscription in centre: "Contractors to H M Dockyards, Metropolitan Board of Works, Corporation of London School Board".
