2. Mid C18. Stuccoed facade with plinth. Slate roof with centre chimney. 3 storeys. 4 windows, sashes with glazing bars except ground floor which has later windows with mullions, transom and shouldered architraves. Off centre door with cornice and large keystone. Archway, with timber lintol, under east side gives access to rear yard. Rear wing.
Nos 1 to 21 (odd) Nos 25 and 27 form a group with Nos 1 to 3 (consec) Leicester Yard and with the entrance gates and bandstand in New Park, The Golden Fleece Public House and Nos 36A and 38 opposite. (Nos 21, 25, The Golden Fleece Public House and Nos 36A and 38 are buildings of local interest).
