TQ 2979 NE CITY OF WESTMINSTER ST JAMES'S PARK SW1 91/11 The boy fountain, north of Birdcage Walk/Queen Anne's Gate junction - II Sculptured drinking fountain. Monogrammed "V.R. 1863", designed by C. H. Mabey, the base by R. Jackson and erected by the Office of Works. Marble figure of boy above granite base decorated with carved marble panels incorporating scallop shell water bowls which were added by Jackson in 1865.
