1. 5305 SOUTH PARADE Nos 3 to 5 (consec) (formerly listed as No 3) SK 7519 SW 1/70 24.10.50.

2. (Nos 3, 4 and 5 form 1 building designed symmetrically). Late C18. Red brick facade with moulded eaves cornice and blocking course. Slate roof. 3 storeys. 9 windows, centre 3 advanced under pediment, pilasters flank centre and outer sides of building. No 3 sashes with glazing bars except top floor which has modern casements in original sash spaces. Modern shop front. No 4 has a moulded cornice carried across pediment, lunette in tympanum. 1st floor windows set in round arched recesses. Ground floor has modern shop front. 1st and 2nd floor windows, sashes with glazing bars. No 5 sashes with glazing bars except ground floor, C19/early C20 shop front with reeded pilasters. Entrance to rear under south side has 6 panelled door and fanlight.
Nos 1 to 6 (consec) form a group with The Bell Hotel and No 4 Nottingham Street.
