Farmhouse. Late C18. Brick, roughcast. Slate roof with central
brick stack coped gables, square kneelers and stone finials.
Chamfered brickwork treatment to verges. Two storeys. Two-bay
main range with narrow central rear stair wing and later wing to
rear left. Two 16-pane sashes in moulded cases and with raised
sill, to each floor. Central lead down-pipe with lead rainwater-
head dated "IB 1765" and lead, cylindrical cistern dated:

and embellished with shields and mythological beasts. To the right
is a lower wing and a converted stable range, not of special interest.
The rear elevation has a single 16-pane sash to each floor to left and
a similar 12-pane sash to the stair wing at intermediate level. The
later wing to the right is not of special interest.
Interior: the stair wing has an oak stair with square oak newels and
later, pine splat balusters.
