TQ 2781 SE CITY OF WESTMINSTER SEYMOUR STREET, Wl 54/76 Nos. 11 to 19 (odd) 5.2.70 including no. 30 Old Quebec St. G.V. II Terraced houses. c.1780-1800 (with some later alteration), Portman Estate development. Stock brick, stuccoed ground floors to Nos. 11 to 15 and 19, the latter channelled; No. 15 with mid C.19 stucco window dressing; concealed slate roofs. Nos. 11 to 17 of 5 storeys, No. 19 of 4 storeys with dormered mansard, on basements. 3-window wide fronts. Semicircular arched broad doorways to left, Nos. 11 to 15 in architrave surrounds with keystones, No. 19 with later C.19 granite columned Doric porch added. Recessed sashes, in plain surrounds with keystones to ground floors of Nos. 11 to 15 and No. 15 with stucco architraves on upper floors, with cornices on consoles to 1st floor; otherwise with stucco reveals and flat gauged red brick arches. Plat band to 1st floor. Crowning stucco cornices and blocking courses except for plain parapet at No. 13. Continuous delicate cast iron balconies to 1st floors of Nos. 11, 13, 17 and 19; Victorian cast iron balconettes to No. 15. Cast iron area railings with urn or acanthus-pommel finials; Victorian cast iron railings to No. 15.
