Nos 34 to 46 (even) TM 1544 5/250 II GV
2. Ranges of early-mid C19 white brick houses, some now painted and some with later C19 additions. They are arranged in blocks of 2 and 4 houses. 2 storeys and cellars. The fronts have pilaster treatment. Nos 34 and 36 has 4 window range, with a later 3 storeyed canted bay to No 34 and a 2 storeyed bay to No 38. Nos 38 and 40 and 42 to 46 (even) each has 6 window range. All the windows are double-hung sashes mostly with glazing bars (the windows to Nos 34, 38 and 40 are without glazing bars), in plain reveals with stucco cornice lintels on bracket. The doorways have good stucco doorcases and porticos. Nos 34 and 36 have Corinthian pilasters and modillion cornices, Nos 38 and 40 have Tuscan porticos with plain and fluted columns. Nos 42 and 46 have Doric doorcases with fluted pilasteers, triglyph frieze and cornice and No 44 has a Doric portico with fluted columns and cornice. Roofs slate. No 36 has 1 gabled dormer.
