TQ 2781 SE CITY OF WESTMINSTER SEYMOUR STREET, W1 54/81 10.4.75 No. 90 G.V. II Terraced."4th rate" house. c.1828-30, early Bishop of London's Estate development associated with Connaught Square. Stucco faced with channelled ground floor; slate roof. 3 storeys and basement. 1 window wide. Square headed doorway to right, with panelled door and fanlight. Ground floor has recessed segmental arched glazing bar sash window set in similarly arched panel; upper floors have recessed glazing bar sashes in moulded architrave surrounds, the 1st floor window with patterned blind box. Parapet with coping surmounted by elaborately patterned cast iron railing. Cast iron geometric patterned balcony to 1st floor window. Cast iron area railings with urn finials.
