Cottage. C16 with mid C20 addition to right end. Timber framed with white- washed brick front, plain tiled roof stepping up to extension at right end, end stacks to left and right. 2 storeys, C20 casement windows, 2 across the first floor left, glazed door to left end, planked and ribbed door to right under wood shingled gabled porch. Catslide to rear with exposed framing.
Interior: Frame visible inside, ceiling frame main beam stop chamfered; corner bracing and Queen post construction visible on first floor with remains of original mullion window.
