House. Early C17, C19 internal alteration. Coursed and squared rubble, triple- Roman tiled roof, coped verges, right gable-face rebuilt in brick, 2 brick stacks. Three-unit plan with a through-passage and stair-turret at rear. Two storeys, 5 bays, 2, 3 and 4-light stone-mullioned windows, iron casements, 2 windows on right of ground floor C19, labels; also small single-light opening. Door opening between third and fourth bays, C17 two-panelled door in a moulded 4-centred head stone surround. Left return with a datestone:- "1752". Further stone-mullioned windows to rear; including a small 2-bay "facade" with central chamfered 4-centred arch door opening, plank tour. Interior under a restored queen-post roof. Two fireplaces to ground floor in moulded stone surrounds with 4-centred arch heads, further fireplaces of similar type on first floor. Through-passage with plank and muntin partition on the north side; stone setts to floors. Door openings in moulded wooden architraves to first floor.
