2. C17 altered later. Red and grey brick, some (renewed) timber framing to first floor left hand side. Old tile roof, three gabled dormers with 2-light casements old leaded glazing to outer ones. Coved cornice. Two storeys, giant brick Tuscan pilaster on plinth between No 21 and 23, one bay of first floor band to left. No 21 has modern door and 3-light leaded casement, with segmental arches, one 2-light transomed leaded casement to first floor. No 23 has modern door with pediment hood on bracjets, 3-light leaded casement each side, that on right in former carriageway, both having flat arches. Old 2-light transomed casement to right of first floor, two 3-light casement to left, all leaded and with flat arches. Former shop front (once No 25) on left with bricked up doorway and canted bay window beneath frieze and cornice hood.
