House. C18 origins. Local stone rubble with large ashlar quoins to West gable; steep pitch plain clay tile roof with stone slate base courses, plain West gable, continuation to East; brick end chimney stacks. 2 storeys with attic, 2 bays. Bow window of 3-double lights to most of ground floor in C19 shopfront with timber side pilasters, shallow fascia and hood on wood corbels; recessed plain door in ashlar lined opening with keystone; above two 2-light casements, and 2 pitched roof dormers with casement windows. Interior not seen.
