Early Cl9. Three storeys. Two windows each. No 39 is a corner building
with a rounded end and four more windows facing Cross Street. Stuccoed.
Pilasters flanking each of the four houses from first to second floor.
Cornice and parapet. Nos 36 and 37 have each a flattened 3-light bow
window on first floor with pilasters between the lights and cornice
over; No 38 an ordinary three light sash window with cornice over; No 39
a canted bay window of three lights. Glazing bars intact above ground
floor of No 39 but only on the first floor of Nos 36, 37 and 38. Modern
shop fronts.
Nos 30 to 39B (consec) form a group.
