2. Dated 1865. Italimnate with Osborne tower. Four storeys yellow brick flanked by rendered pilaster strips with bands between storeys carried over. The tower is slightly recessed to North. Heavy rendered modil- lion main cornice, the blocking course, crowned by the unusual feature of four three-quarter size neo-antique statues on pedestals. Three windows to main block. Ornate superimposed canted bays of three lights on first and second floors to left and rights, panelled aprons, sashes, no glazing bars, plain surrounds, but with carved modillions, with square panels between, to first floor cornices and on second floor roundels and fluted triglyphs in friezes, the fretted cornices supported on shaped brackets to side with pendant finials, hipped leaded roofs. Third floor windows are recessed, sash, no glazing bars, in rendered architrave surrounds. The central first floor window is round headed set in architrave surround with floral panels in spandrels, pediment above. The tower has a stuccoed ground floor with banded rustication. On the first floor is a narrow four light oriel with panelled apron, cornice and with a tall pointed scalloped slate roof with crowning finial. The second floor has a blind window in architrave surround. On the third floor paired round headed lights, chamfered pilaster dividing, architraves over, on imposts, with Keystones. The tower has an extra stuccoed storey with leaded hipped roof and bracketed eaves. To the front sides and rear, windows of paired round headed lights similar to third floor window but with colonette dividing lights. The ground floor of main block has a modern shop front.

The Royal Victoria Arcade and Nos 58 to 62 (consec) form a group.
