BROMSTONE ROAD 1. 5283 (North Side) BROADSTAIRS No 90 (Bromstone House Cottage), Building between Nos 90 & 92, No 92 (Bromstone House) (Formerly listed as Bromstone House) TR 36 NE 5/26 11.2.69. II
2. A late C18 house. 3 storeys red brick. Hipped tiled roof and modillion eaves cornice. 5 sashes with glazing bars intact. Porch with Doric columns and triglyph frieze. 2 older buildings adjoin on the right hand side. The 1st is early C18. 2 storeys painted brick. Old tiled roof. 2 casements on 1st floor. 3 sashes with glazing bars intact, moulded architraves and Regency blinds and right side doorcase with moulded architraves and flat wooden hood on brackets. The 2nd building 'Bromstone House Cottage' is mid C18. 1 storey painted brick. New tiled roof. 2 sashes with glazing bars intact and right side-simple doorcase.
