Wing of mill building, late C18 or early C19, reconstructed as freestanding house,
early C20. Ashlar and coursed rubble. Stone roof, hipped at south-west end.
South-west elevation has tripartite window on ground floor, originally sashed,
now with early C20 "Ipswich" windows, the upper lights with glazing bars; plain
stringcourse; double window on first floor now with plate glass sashes; and
moulded eaves cornice. South-east and north-east elevations incorporate re-used
C17 or early C18 mullioned casements and continuous hoodmould. North-west
elevation rebuilt early C20. Interior early C20. Included for GV with Old Court
and No 7.
