Formerly the offices of Broadstairs and St Peter's iJ+r, Architect Samuel Pepys
Cockerell. 1792. It consists of a main portion of 3 storeys and basement and 5
windows and 2 wings of 2 storeys each, the North wing having one and the South wing
4 windows. Stuccoed. Cornice and parapet with blank panel. Glazing bars intact.
Stringcourses above ground and 1st floors. Centre porch with 3 steps. Area railings.
The right wing has 2 doorcases, one of which is round-headed. The garden elevation
has a portico of 4 pairs of coupled Ionic columns up 5 steps. The Duchess of Kent and
Princess Victoria stayed here in 1826.
